Leah Boundy is a PhD student and research associate at the University of Exeter Business School. She is a qualitative researcher with an interest in employee well-being and equality, and has conducted research on gender representation on NHS boards, shared parental leave, and the future of work. Leah holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology, MA in Cultural Sociology, and MRes in Management.
