Kirstin Furber is a senior HR practitioner with extensive experience in executive leadership roles across global organisations including the BBC, Discovery Channel and 20th Century Fox, and is currently People Director at Manchester United. Her professional focus centres on organisational culture and the conditions that enable organisational effectiveness and employee wellbeing. Drawing on patterns observed throughout her career, Kirstin identified the Sunday Night Blues as a recurring workplace phenomenon and partnered with Exeter University to explore, evidence and contextualise its prevalence and implications.
